Farmers Alliance is aware of a disturbing racial conflict in our community that has been recorded and posted on Facebook last evening. Farmers Alliance condemns acts of racism and we are disturbed by the video and post. The post also alleges that the perpetrator is married to a Farmers Alliance employee. As far as we are able to determine after a review of our records, the person shown in the video is not married to any current or former Farmers Alliance employee. As members of the community, we are concerned about the behaviors exhibited, and have shared that concern with local law enforcement.

Farmers Alliance stands against discrimination because of race, religion, creed, color, sex, disability, age, national origin, pregnancy, military status, ancestry or any other inappropriate basis. The Company offers equal opportunity to all employees and qualified applicants.
